The first week in January is going by quickly...maybe the rain has something to do with that! In any case, here's the 'Plan of the Week' for this Shabbat; no surprises here!
Friday evening, 6.30PM at the Levy's. Hot dinner (dairy) following the service.
Saturday morning, 10.00AM at the QCWA Hall Southport. Lunch out afterward for those wishing to join in.
Also, looking just a little bit ahead on the calendar. Tu B'Shvat is coming on 25 January, the day before Australia Day. Sharon Barnett has graciously offered to host the Tu B'Shvat Seder on Sunday evening, 24 January at 6.00PM at her home. Please let us know if you're planning to attend this event which has alwys been delightful! We're asking a slightly larger than usual donation for this event as we struggle to fill emptying coffers. $36 per adult, $10 per child.
